We ship by either USPS Priority Mail, USPS First Class Mail or UPS Ground
We ship to the United States or Canada - US Funds Only
Canadian orders please use PayPal to pay for your order and make sure that you use USPS Canadian Shipping when checking out
The Shipping fees that we collect for Canadian Orders is to ship your order only. All or any duties, customs & broker fees are the responsibility of the buyer for all Canadian Orders.
Most orders will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days. Large Orders could take a little longer

RETURN POLICY

Please note shipping fees, that you the buyer paid to ship your item(s) are NON-REFUNDABLE and the buyer is responsible for the cost of returning the items, if approved by Nannie and B's Crafts.

Effective 10/21/17 any returns that are approved by Nannie and B's Crafts the buyer will be subject up to a 15% restocking fee on the item(s) that are being returned. The item(s) also must be in the same condition that you received them in order to receive a refund
